Lebanese artist Ramy Ayach reconnected on Friday evening with the public of the Nahda stage, who flocked en masse to attend his concert as part of the 19th edition of the Mawazine – Rythmes du Monde Festival.
In a magical atmosphere, Ramy Ayach thrilled the Rabat audience to the rhythms of various songs that marked his artistic career and contributed to his great notoriety.
Amidst the warm cheers of a crowd already won over, the Lebanese artist opened the concert with his song “Qissat Hob”, which has accumulated more than one hundred million views on YouTube, thus expressing his great joy at being in Morocco among the wonderful audience of the Mawazine Festival.
This was followed by a series of the most beautiful songs that made this charismatic artist successful, such as “Khallini Maak”, “Yalla N’raks”, “Qalbi Mal”, “Bheb El Nas El Rayiqa”, “Tal El Sahar” and “Ya Msahar Ainy”.
In addition to his rich repertoire, he brilliantly performed some classics of oriental song, transporting the audience on a captivating musical journey through the golden era of Arabic music, before concluding the evening with the Lebanese folk style (Dabke).
Ramy Ayach, whose real name is Ramy Abu Ayach, is one of the best-known Lebanese singers in the Arab music scene. Singer, author, composer and instrumentalist, he has several resoundingly successful albums to his credit.
The 19th edition of the Mawazine-Rythmes du Monde Festival (June 21-29) is organized by the Maroc Cultures Association, under the theme of “Diversity and celebration”. The festival is the unmissable event for music lovers and enthusiasts in Morocco and is considered among the largest cultural events in the world.
This annual artistic event offers a rich and demanding program that combines the biggest stars of the world and Arab repertoire, making the cities of Rabat and Salé the theater of exceptional meetings between the public and renowned artists.
