After completing her studies, she decided to put her skills to the service of Tunisians. Having become an entrepreneur, she uses an e-commerce platform to sell local, healthy and ecological products.

Fatma Midani (photo) is a Tunisian entrepreneur specializing in the marketing of responsible products. Co-founder and CEO of Soul & Planet, she connects local producers with customers looking for healthy and ecological products.

Founded in 2020, Soul & Planet is a technological platform that markets ecological products in Tunisia. Initially dedicated to individuals, it quickly diversified to include businesses, helping them improve their environmental and social footprint by influencing the consumption habits of their employees.

« The principle of Soul & Planet is to buy and resell healthy and ecological products (food, cosmetics, decoration) through e-commerce. You should know that we have developed our community before selling the products. This allowed us to properly identify and respond to the needs of our customers. Favoring short circuits, our suppliers mainly come from Tunisia», Explains the CEO of the company.

The products available on the platform are designed to save water, reduce CO2 emissions, improve consumer health, support the local economy and promote job creation within micro and small businesses. Soul & Planet is also a partner of the Tunisian government for the reforestation of forests.

In 2021, Fatma Midani co-founded Ceos Club, a hub for sharing knowledge and managerial resources bringing together entrepreneurs, founders and business leaders.

She graduated from the Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in product design in 2015. She also has a master’s degree in product design obtained in 2019 at the Sapienza University of Rome. Before embarking on entrepreneurship, she worked as a UX (user experience) designer at Conte.it, an Italian brand of the Admiral group, between 2018 and 2019.
