In a recent interview, Kevin Costner remembers the moment Prince William revealed his mother’s crush, Lady Diana. The actor had met the princess for a cinema project which ultimately never saw the light of day.

Following the success of his film « The Bodyguard » in which he starred opposite Whitney Houston in 1992, Kevin Costner went to meet Princess Diana Spencer with the aim of collaborating with her on a potential second film. « At that time, we discussed it together but always very discreetly, because that was how I operated. », remembered the 69-year-old actor. It was also a certain Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, who introduced him to the Princess of Hearts.
