A “capital” informant

The prosecution, however, requested six years of imprisonment against this 59-year-old figure of Corso-Marseille banditry, presented as a “capital” informant, who would have notably informed the criminal group during a meeting with Jacques Mariani . “What information did he give?asks one of his lawyers, Me Thomas Hugues. Mr Menconi is not allowed to see anyone?“And his colleague Me Amaury Auzou underlines, “we can’t stand the fact that he had a past. Yes, he was a thug. But he has the right to change his life. We want to put it everywhere, we present it as a criminal association all on its own“.
