The Pech-Blanc Establishment and Work Support Service (ESAT) organized a ceremony to honor the candidates who have distinguished themselves within the framework of the Recognition of Professional Know-How (RSFP) system.

Last week, 53 prizewinners gathered at the ESAT du Pech-Blanc in Montauban to receive their skills portfolio, during a ceremony chaired by Mohamed Mehenni, director of the DDETSPP of Tarn-et-Garonne.

Employed in the department in ESAT, in integration structures and in adapted companies or students of specialized education, the 53 candidates were evaluated by professional juries on several activities relating to the professions of maintenance of green spaces, kitchen help, laundry agent, carpenter, packaging agent, deliveryman, wiring operator and motor vehicle preparer.

Twenty-three assessment sessions enabled 191 skills to be validated; skills valued through the Recognition of Professional Skills (RSFP) system. This is in fact an alternative to existing systems for the recognition of acquired skills.

For some participants, this was the first exam taken and the first official recognition of their work.

During the ceremony, the emotion was palpable in the assembly, each winner individually receiving his portfolio of skills from the hands of the director of the DDETSPP. The applause of the participants resonated and the smiles were there. A great feeling of pride was shared by all.

This recognition acts as a real springboard towards increasing the skills of each user and can thus contribute to helping everyone find their place within the economic and social environment.

The RSFP system is deployed across several establishments in the medical-social sector in the department: Fondation Opteo, Croix-Rouge, Anras, La Ruche Ameria, Ditep Asei, ANRH and 4 structures which belong to the sector of integration through economic activity.

The technical supervisors of the establishments, trained by AFPA, act as support and assessment referents.

Professionals from ordinary companies also work alongside them during the practical tests and are responsible for ensuring that the skill is mastered.

As mentioned previously, recognition of professional skills was obtained thanks to the Recognition of Professional Know-How (RSFP) system. If it is designed and implemented by the AFPA, the deployment, management and engineering of the system are financed by State funds, coming from the Ministry of Labor.

This system, present in Occitanie since 2009, has enabled more than 400 candidates to validate skills in several activities.
