The international center of the Section Paloise, trained at Stado, scored his first try, the 5th in the Bleuets’ big win against Spain (49 to 12).

The French Under-20 XV, three-time defending champion, successfully entered the World Cup in this category on Saturday in Cape Town, South Africa, by largely dominating Spain 49 to 12.
Sovereign in the scrum, the French scored seven tries, winning the offensive bonus. The young Spaniards, newcomers to the competition, were able to take advantage of some French largesse in defense to score their first two tries in the World Cup.

Fabien Brau-Boire between the posts

Trained at Stado and now a player for the Paloise section, Fabien Brau-Boirie scored the 5th try alone between the posts (61st).

The French centre was coming out of the U20 Seven Nations Tournament where he scored two tries against Italy.
Having won the title in 2018, 2019 and 2023, the French team is the favourite for this competition, which runs until 19 July in South Africa. The Bleuets will play their next match against the New Zealand “Baby Blacks” on Thursday (4:30pm) in Stellenbosch, in Group A which also includes Wales, who they will meet on 9 July in Cape Town (4:30pm).
