On Friday June 21, summer will settle in Issy-les-Moulineaux with, to kick it off well, the traditional Music Festival. This year, a thousand and one sounds will resonate throughout the city. The program and key places to listen to good sound.
We always need parties and as Patti Smith said “Music can change the world because it can change people”. June 21 is a good Friday because music will punctuate the streets of Issy, for a night full of concerts and sound shows. In 2023, we met more than 7,000 people across all of your initiatives and this year will be an exceptional year.

Niedermeyer Conservatory

For the music festival, the conservatory will open its doors from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and you will be able to discover various groups (choirs, viola, piano, chamber music, harp ensembles, etc.), and will also perform outdoors in different districts of the city with the brass ensembles, the harmony orchestras at the fort, the jazz saxophone ensemble at the spinets.

8:00 p.m. – Musical program by the group Flying Fishes
The Flying Fishes present English music: Renaissance madrigals, 19th and 20th century partsongs and a contemporary creation inspired by 16th century madrigal models.
Led by Lewis Hammond, they performed various programs: English madrigals, French Renaissance songs, Italian madrigals and German music from the 16th and 19th centuries. This will be the second time they sing at the museum.
