With a purely playful aim, your humble servant has prepared a small bulletin of the match with a humorous flavor. Congratulations to all and especially to the Red team for having won the two mini-games!
The Reds
Jonatan (the beam) Julien: The Charlesbourg MP is very far from a natural basketball talent, but the fact remains that he did not hurt his club. He even allowed himself a breakthrough at the basket where the opposing team had no choice but to foul him. He did not make the difference in the game, but he was solid as a support player. (B-)
Guillaume (the magician) Dumas: A solid basketball player in his younger years, the Radio-Canada host only passed through this meeting with an injury at the start of the match. An absence which unfortunately gave their opponents a good helping hand. We wish you a speedy recovery Guillaume! (B-)
KNLO (the real MVP): By far the best player on the court. The rapper’s speed created headaches for anyone who wanted to watch him. The only player who was consistent with his 3-point shot. He was simply dominant and was voted the team’s MVP. (A+)
Marième (look good, play good): The Quebec artist demonstrated that she was easily the player with the most style on the field. She scored several times with her outside shot and showed a lot of intensity on defense. It was obvious that she is not new to basketball. A great performance! (HAS)
Marie-Pierre (the valiant) Boucher: If Marie-Pierre wants to start a career as a professional basketball player, I would humbly advise her to stay in municipal politics (advice that applies to all the players present). However, she did well defensively and offensively, let’s just say that it must have been a long time since she handled a ball. Her effort was nevertheless there. (B-)
Pascal (the newbie) Paradis: The Jean-Talon MP seemed confused at times, but he more than made up for it with his intensity on the field. He even read up on the rules before starting the game. There were a lot of technical shortcomings, but he made an impeccable effort and came within a hair’s breadth of scoring a basket. (C+)

Whites
Enrico (sneakingly good) Ciccone: The Marquette congressman demonstrated that his athletic background wasn’t too far gone with a very solid performance. He scored some very timely baskets for his team and he even took the time to challenge (very friendly) certain decisions of the officials. A fierce competitor and a strong performer. (HAS-)
Sol (the specialist) Zanetti: If you need a quick basket for your training, Sol is unfortunately not the man for the job, but if you need an important defensive mission, he will be there . A bit like Jonatan Julien, the member for Jean-Lesage does not make a difference in the meeting, but he contributes in his own way to the success of his training (B-)
Marika (the radiant) Sokoluk: A very solid performance for the radio host who showed that her basketball days were not too far away. She did however lack consistency with her outside shots even though her defensive presence was a considerable asset to her team as well as her positive energy. (B)
Jean-François (almost clutch) Fortin: At the very end of the game, the radio host had a 3-point shot to tie the game, but despite a very decent effort, his shot fell short. The fact remains that he delivered a more than acceptable performance during the game. Like his teammates, a performance focused on defense. (B-)
Jean (the old school) Carrier: It was fortunate that there were no points awarded for style because the journalist from Le Soleil would have finished dead last. Despite his good years of basketball behind him, he nevertheless demonstrated that he could be a formidable scorer doing most of the damage inside. A good performance in the defeat which earned him the most useful player in his team. (HAS)
