Zapping Foot National Laure Boulleau: “I imagine a sequence where Mbappé talks about a Les Bleues match…”

Two bad news in the space of a few hours for the last third in Group C of National 3. This Tuesday at the start of the day, the Tours commercial court announced the judicial liquidation of the SASP of Tours FC. A few hours later, and following the prerogatives of justice, the federal club control commission of the National Directorate of Management Control (DNCG) announced the administrative demotion of the resident of the fifth French division to Regional 1.

“We presented to the Commercial Court the elements relating to Mr. Desmet: the deed of transfer signed by both parties, a contribution of €100,000 in addition to the €83,000 received from FIFA. The investor also provided a promise to provide additional funds if necessary for the Commercial Court” explained the training chaired by Jean-Marc Ettori before continuing. “The club is therefore waiting to know the reasons which led the court to make this decision. We will not hesitate to assert our rights with the competent authorities.”

FIFA as a reason?

And the Ciel et Noir have found the reason for all their troubles. “The decision made by the DNCG is in the same direction as that of the Commercial Court, although the commission was able to note the will of Mr. Desmet and the situation of the SASP, which is linked to a cash flow problem due solely to the FIFA funds, which were usually paid within a month after the transfers and which now take more than 11 months for the first payments” regrets the entity founded in 1951. Tours FC had already made it known that it would appeal upon receipt of the decision of the Commercial Court. “The club and its management will keep you informed as soon as possible and will do everything possible to finalize the sale and obtain the funds owed to us, which will allow us to easily emerge from the cessation of payments thanks to the financial support of Mr. Desmet.” So, watch this space…
