An investigation into manslaughter is entrusted to the Motorized Platoon of the Boulogne sur mer Gendarmerie after a fatal accident Thursday on the A16 in Widehem. A 61-year-old driver who was traveling in the wrong direction caused an accident. This Boulonnaise woman died. The 52-year-old driver in the other vehicle is dead and his wife is no longer in critical condition. The couple is from the Somme.
“As part of the investigations, body examinations will be carried out as well as various analyses. Witness interviews, accidentology expertise and requisitions will also be carried out to understand the perfect unfolding of the facts” according to the Public Prosecutor of Boulogne sur mer, Guirec Le-Bras.
