This information obligation applies during the first two months of the product’s marketing. This concerns foodstuffs, as well as non-food products sold in a constant quantity (weight or volume) (household products, baby products, etc.). • The price of natural gas up 11.7%

The method of calculating the energy performance diagnosis (EPD) is changing from this 1is July for accommodation with a surface area of ​​less than or equal to 40 m2 (140,000 homes are affected). This modifies the thresholds of the labels (A, B…), as well as the name of the surface used in the DPE. It also updates the annual energy prices for the creation of DPEs in mainland France.
