The managers of SAS Super Hyper Distribution, which runs the shopping centre, have in fact made a request for an extension. This will be debated in departmental commission for commercial development July 15, 2024.

The participants in this meeting will look at an extension file increasing the surface area of ​​the commercial complex from 11,118 to 12,118 m². Or 1,000 m².

The cultural space

An expansion that concerns only the cultural space. The latter should more than double its surface area from 799 m² at 1,799 m².

Shades and a new parking lot

But this is not the only E.Leclerc project on which the CDAC will have to give its opinion. Because the hypermarket also wants to create two photovoltaic power plants. One of them would be installed in the existing car park and the other… in a new car park!

A new parking silo is thus envisaged. The shade structures would be installed on the first floor of it.

Although the details of these various projects, such as the cost, schedule or precise terms, have not yet been revealed to the general public, they will be soon if the CDAC validates them.
