Marseille: mini-riders won over by rides at the Pastré equestrian center
For toddlers, it is sometimes difficult to find original and suitable activities. Did you know that there are equestrian centers where children can ride a pony from the age of 2? The discovery and contact with animals, the new experience in the great outdoors… Everything comes together to create great moments with young children.
Head to the Pastré equestrian center in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, adjacent to the magnificent Campagne Pastré site, a 112-hectare park located a stone’s throw from the sea. Every Sunday – or almost – pony rides are offered in the mornings and in the afternoons, without reservation. At this age, they have better control over their body weight“, and up to 8 years old (depending on size, less than 1.40 meters). The center accommodates around sixty ponies.
