The Chitra League association organized its fourth edition of the Puylaurens Imagination Festival, Soual edition. Exceptionally, the festival relocated to the Soual village hall. The association would like to thank the City of Soual for its welcome. The chosen theme is “tales and legends”. Authors and illustrators, game and world creators, cosplayers and costume designers, artisans, performers, welcomed the public to offer them their vision of tales and legends. Visitors experienced a real adventure, braving the rain, the wind and the cold to cross to the other side of the mirror towards the worlds of the imagination. They went to meet guests Bruno Bessadi , Joël Nichanian Keith Massinisse, Sthanou Blue Millenium Mitra, Missteryen, Dragoon Cos’, authors, illustrators, creators, artisans and associations. On the menu of interactive activities, there were tales by Charly Perrod, a cosplay round table and cosplay parade, parasol duels by Lady Abby Carlton of the FFDO, tea duels by the doc, Hanuman by Sthanou Mitra, lightsaber duels by Dark Yoraï, part of “the Gesture of Nadir the JDR”, a round table “Tales and Legends” hosted by Joël, the traditional raffle whose winners will be contacted very quickly, without forgetting the laughter that punctuated the weekend. The volunteers of the association would like to congratulate the children of the Soual school supported by the Soual media library and the young people of the MJC of Puylaurens who saw their project “Tales and Legends” presented during the festival with a reading on stage and a study by professional authors.

Upstream action within the two cities to perpetuate the social bond through the culture of imagination. Sthanou Mitra, member of the Chitra League, would like to say a word “to express my immense joy and gratitude to the members of Chitra, to the volunteers as well as to those in the shadows who came from all over , they gave a lot energy and time to allow the festival to take place.”

The Chitra League will meet in 2025 for the fifth edition of the Puylaurens Imagination Festival.
