The shooting took place in Rochester Hills, a suburb of the city of Detroit, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. “The individual parked, got out of his vehicle, approached the playground, opened fire. The shooting left between nine and ten injured, including an eight-year-old child, the sheriff said.
