The president of the National Trade Union Chamber of Wholesale Domestic Gas Bottle Distributors, Mohamed Mounif, announced an imminent return to a normal supply of gas bottles, after a period of shortage.
Speaking this Monday, December 30, 2024 on national radio, Mohamed Mounif attributed this situation to exceptional climatic conditions having delayed the arrival of several ships transporting liquefied gas in Tunisian ports.
He also assured that the filling centers have resumed their activities at full capacity and that the distributors are working tirelessly to transport the gas cylinders to the nearest points of sale. These efforts aim to reduce the crisis and fill the deficit recorded in the availability of this essential resource.
