Joe Biden described his rival Donald Trump as a “delinquent” for the first time since the guilty verdict rendered Thursday by justice in New York in the historic criminal trial of the former Republican president.
“For the first time in American history, a former president who is a convicted offender is running for president,” the Democratic president, who will face his predecessor on November 5 for the presidential election.
