Located in the heart of Lille, Metronom is an office complex with a surface area of ​​8,100 m². Metronom is a building located in the Saint-Sauveur district where the urban environment is dynamic and evolving, meeting the requirements of businesses wishing to combine accessibility, local services and neighborhood life.

Designed by the architectural agency Post Architectes, carried out by the developer BECITY, the project focuses on the restructuring of an existing 10-storey tower sitting on a new construction in the heart of the block, and integrating vegetated spaces. It fits perfectly into the transformation and requalification of this sustainable, socially mixed and attractive neighborhood.

Metronom benefits from numerous outdoor spaces and terraces with a total surface area of ​​420 m² as well as a 125 m² rooftop offering an exceptional view of Lille center. With 300 m² of bicycle rooms, soft mobility is also strongly encouraged.

The building was designed according to current environmental standards, and contributes in a concrete way to environmental issues with the BREEAM Very Good certification, and societal ones with the Well and Wired Score Silver certifications.
