Anne-Charlotte Mora took the lead of the event after an excellent 66 (-5). Emma Grechi follows in the top 10, two lengths behind.

The VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open didn’t start off in the best way for Anne-Charlotte Mora with a double bogey on the 1st. And yet, the Nantaise is well in the lead this Friday evening after the first round. She perfectly reversed the trend with four birdies between the 2nd and the 6th. Three new consecutive ones on the return allowed her to return an excellent 66 (-5) on the Golfpark Holzhausernnear Zurich.

The Frenchwoman is not alone in first place. The Australian Kirsten Rudgeleythe Indian Vani Kapoor and the Swedish Caroline Hedwall signed the same performance. Three players including the Moroccan Maha Haddioui follow a shot behind in fifth place.

Emma Grechi also performed well in this first round. Her 68 (-3) punctuated by four birdies and a bogey allowed her to move to ninth place, two lengths behind her compatriot.

Anne-Lise Caudal (by, 40th) and Camille Knight (+1, 57th) are in the nails of the cut. Nastasia Nadaud (+2, 68e), Emie Peronnin (+3, 79e), Agathe Sauzon et Anaïs Meyssonnier (+5, 99th) will have to do better to hope to qualify for the third round.
