Expected on July 24, Deadpool & Wolverine continues its promotion. Today, Ryan Reynolds has just shared an unpublished video from the Marvel movie on his social networks. New images that finally give a very first glimpse of the famous Sabretooth.
Deadpool & Wolverine : grosse hype
We are now less than a month away from the release of Deadpool & Wolverine. Directed by Shawn Levythis third part of the adventures of Deadpool will be the first to connect to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Deadpool will take his first steps in the MCU, and will bring with him many characters from the license X-Men as Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), Pyro (Aaron Stanford), Toad (Ray Park) or even Sabertooth (Tyler Mane).
Since the film will be about the multiverse, it is rumored that many other characters could appear. We have already had very brief glimpses of The scourge and of Lady Deathstrike. Normally, Jennifer Garner is set to reprise the role of Elektra. And it is rumored that Wesley Snipes would be back as Blade. Brief, Deadpool & Wolverine should be full of surprises.
A first look at Sabretooth
Until now, we knew that Sabertooth was in Deadpool & Wolverine thanks to images from the set. Indeed, during the filming of the Marvel movie, images of the set had leaked on the net. We could see Tyler Mane returns as Sabretooth. Remember, the actor played Wolverine’s nemesis in the very first X-Men. But since then, we have never seen the actor in the shoes of the famous mutant again. In the meantime, Liev Schreiber had inherited the role in X-Men Origins : Wolverine.
Ryan Reynolds just shared a new preview of Deadpool & Wolverine. After recycling images that we had already seen in previous trailers, this short clip finally reveals Sabretooth in flesh and bone. Tyler Mane is therefore back as the original Sabretooth. The teaser does not reveal the confrontation between Logan et Victor Creed, but Deadpool, like us, is very excited about this confrontation. The clip ends with Wade teasing this collision between two behemoths. The mindless mutant removes the sabers from Wolverine’s body, while commenting on this upcoming confrontation, before Wolverine shoots him a « firm ta gu…. ».
