The Bressuirais mobilized to express their opinion. | CO. GUILLAUME RAINEAU
Candidate from the LR-Ciotti camp who left to join the National Rally to obtain positions in parliament, Bressuirais Philippe Robin came first on 1is round of the 2024 legislative elections in the 3rd constituency Thouars Bressuire. He received 35.27% of the votes. He quite clearly supplanted the outgoing deputy (Ensemble renaissance) of the presidential majority, Jean-Marie Fiévet who won 31.12% of the votes. A source of astonishment, the candidate of the union of the left, Juliette Woillez of the New Popular Front, achieved barely 18.9%, a modest score in view of the ambitions she formed with the Mauléonais Bernard Arru. Making less than 12.5% of those registered, it should not appear in the second round. Mathieu Manceau of the Republicans collects 13.47%. LO candidate Maryse Vallée appeals to 1.19% of the electorate.
