In order to carry out roadworks on the exit ramp of the Capvern interchange in the Bayonne-Toulouse direction, the latter will be closed to traffic on July 8, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Bayonne – Toulouse direction only.

As part of roadworks, the exit ramp of the N°15 Capvern interchange, in the direction of Bayonne-Toulouse, will be closed to traffic on July 8, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This temporary closure aims to improve the quality of the roadway for greater user safety.

Detour routes for users:

Light Vehicles (LV): Users wishing to leave the motorway at interchange No. 15 Capvern must exit at interchange No. 14 Tournay. They will be asked to follow the signposted route S33.

Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV): Heavy goods vehicles must exit at interchange No. 13 Tarbes EST and also follow the signposted route S33.

Access to the motorway towards Toulouse:

Users wishing to take the A64 towards Toulouse at interchange No. 15 Capvern must follow the signposted route S35 to enter the motorway at interchange No. 16 Lannemezan.

Traffic flow diversion:

As a result, the traffic flow will be diverted onto local roads in the municipality and the network via the D92E, D20, D817, D632, D929, D939 and the N21, in accordance with the diversions provided for in measures 33 & 35 of the A64 Traffic Management Plan (PGT) for the Hautes-Pyrénées department.

This measure aims to minimize inconvenience for users while ensuring the continuity of travel. “We thank drivers for their understanding and patience during this period of work.
