A very valuable member of the Denver Nuggets’ coronation in 2023, Bruce Brown signed a nice deal last summer with the Indiana Pacers: $45 million over two years. Sent to the Toronto Raptors during the season, the guard will continue, at least temporarily, in Canadian colours.

However, his future in Toronto is not really assured. Indeed, despite this choice, the Raptors are not really counting on him. Thus, Brown could quickly become the subject of a trade this summer. Or during the season.
With his profile and an expiring contract, he could have an interesting profile for NBA title contenders. And Toronto could therefore take advantage of this to recover some assets for the reconstruction around Scottie Barnes.
For his part, Bruce Brown has succeeded in his bet: to secure a nice sum of money in the short term. And on a sporting level, he can still hope for an exchange towards a contender for the NBA title.
