The Tison islet swimming pool reopens this weekend and for the whole summer in Poitiers.

The swimming pool installed in the Clain is returning to the Tison islet in Poitiers. It reopens this Saturday, June 29 for the second summer in a row and will close in mid-September. Water quality checks will be carried out regularly like last year, when it was necessary to close twice for four days. The space dedicated to the beach has been doubledincreasing from 140 to 290 square metres, in order to accommodate families watching children swim. Two pétanque courts are also permanently installed. In 2023, nearly 5,000 people were able to enjoy the bathing site in the Clain.

The swimming pool will close one hour later

  • From June 29 to August 31 : from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
  • From September 1 to 15 : from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday:
