More police this summer in Lorient. From mid-July, five municipal agents will be added to those already present in the areabringing the total to 27. Thus, every day except Sunday, one to three patrols will circulate during the day, by car or on foot. And then at night, from Thursday to Saturday, there will also be up to three patrols in circulation. Also linked to security, work is planned on public lighting in Jules Ferry Park. According to Mayor Fabrice Loher, several cases of violence and harassment take place in dark corners of the park. Cost of work 105 000 euros.
