A47: how to avoid disruptions at La Grand-Croix this summer?

The objective of this operation is to improve the security users and to fluidify the circulation on the A47 by making it easier for vehicles to exit and enter the mainland road network.

In the direction Saint-Étienne – Lyonthe exit ramp will be widened from the A47 to the junction with the RM106, to become two lanes and one roundabout will be created.

This work will make it possible to anticipate the creation of new ramps which will be carried out during the next phase which will continue until 1^is quarter 2025.

Users of the A47 will have to exit and take the RM88

Of July 2 to August 29, 2024will be closed THE suspenders entry and exit n°13 “La Grand-Croix” in the direction Saint-Étienne – Lyon.

• Users wishing to take the A47 in direction of Lyon will have to use the metropolitan road network RM88 direction Lorette (Jean Jaurès street then Plaine de Grézieux) then the RM65 towards Genilac/Chagnon in order to join the A47 at the next interchange no. 12 (Sardon).
• Users wishing to exit the A47 by direction of La Grand-Croix will have to exit at the previous interchange no. 16 “La Varizelle” and take the RM88 metropolitan road network.
