According to a source at Paris news, the young man was not wearing a helmet and had not given priority to the police, which led to his pursuit. The prosecution adds: “Arriving on site, the police came to his aid and immediately alerted the firefighters. » Two investigations were then opened against him, one “for refusal to comply” and another “for involuntary injuries by the driver of a vehicle”.

Transported to hospital, the 22-year-old driver finally died the next afternoon. The prosecution concludes: “The results of the blood tests carried out on the scooter driver also proved positive for alcohol and cannabis. »
