After crossing the department of Doubs, the Olympic flame is in Alsace this Wednesday. The judoka Ninon Lassalle is here captain of the relay which carries the mythical torch across the Haut and Bas-Rhin. While the relay began on May 8 in Marseilleexperience the passage of the Olympic flame near you in Alsace until its arrival in Strasbourgstopover town, the last of the day.

The journey of the flame city by city, hour by hour

  • Mulhouse from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  • Huningue, Trois Pays footbridge from 9:45 a.m. to 10:05 a.m.
  • Colmar from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Marckolsheim from 12:40 p.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Saverne from 3:25 p.m. to 4:10 p.m.
  • Lembach-Fleckenstein from 5:15 p.m. to 5:35 p.m.
  • Strasbourg from 5:50 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Relay kicks off in Mulhouse

It is the paratriathlete Guillaume Jeannin who was the first bearer of the flame Olympic Games in front of Mulhouse town hall.

Mulhouse is decked out to celebrate the start of the Olympic torch relay. More than 300 agents were mobilized to control the crowd. Hot spot for the organization: the town hall, where Caroline Paul from France Bleu Alsace met very motivated fans.

For this journey through France, 10,000 people follow one another to lead the Olympic flame to the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics on July 26, 2024 .
