Four Espaces France services will have opened in 2024. Wassy, Montier-en-Der, Bayard-sur-Marne and soon Joinville are bringing public services back to the countryside.

In Bayard and Joinville
The France service from La-Porte-du-Der is on 16e opened in Haute-Marne. According to the prefecture in 2024, 46,000 people were supported throughout the department. “The deadline for an identity card is 15 days”, underlines the prefect, Régine Pam. A rather quick turnaround when, for other departments, it takes several months. Another Espace will open in Bayard-sur-Marne on November 25. Located at the municipal postal agency, a Public Finance office will also be held there on Fridays. You will also find help with procedures and support towards employment.
