Be careful if you see a Facebook post promising you a free bus pass for six months, by clicking on a link. THE Angoulême bus network (Charente) recently reported that he was the victim of identity theft. The Facebook page named “Angoulême public transport map” is a page which is absolutely not managed by the STGA.

When you click on the link offered by this fraudulent page, you arrive on a website which asks you to enter your bank details in order to receive the bus card. The card will never arrive and the usurpers will be able to extort money.

Bus cards can only be created in agency

The STGA reminded that bus cards could only be created at the Mobius Mobility Agency located at Place du Champ de Mars or on the official online store.

The page was reported to Facebook but is currently still online. The STGA therefore recommends that you exercise caution.
