The flamboyant brasserie after the first renovation initiated by Robert and Florence Perret in 2008
Marco Chopinhis emblematic boss ran this chic brasserie for 6 years after buying it from Robert Perret, the former director of Brasserie Georges. End of April 2024, after selling their restaurant The Apothecaries from rue de Sèze, Tabata and Ludovic Mey become the happy owners.
Between the purchase and the work, the budget exceeds 4 million euros
Jackhammers, chisels, sledgehammers have been coming one after the other for several days. To the great dismay of the neighbors, the titanic work will last several more months at 34, cours Franklin Roosevelt in the 6th, because the opening is planned for the fall of 2024, with two distinct spaces, a brasserie with 80 seats and a gourmet restaurant ( 22 place settings).
The small lounges located at the back of the restaurant will accommodate the new kitchen.
A new spirit in a new decor signed by the decorator Nathalie Rives with renovated volumes, redesigned spaces. An atmosphere desired by Tabata and Ludovic Mey.

The old kitchen has doubled in size thanks to the connection with the adjoining jewelry store. This is where the gastronomic space will be located.
