Michel Arrouy, Mayor of Frontignan la Peyrade, community advisor, Frédéric Aloy, municipal advisor responsible for town planning, development and economic development, community advisor, and the municipality, invites all residents to an information workshop and debate on the draft Local Urban Plan currently being developed.
This workshop will be structured around 2 key themes of the PLU project:
Space consumption and densification
- Why/how/where can we consider densifying the city of tomorrow?
- Examples (and counterexamples) of existing operations
- Questions/wishes from residents
Urban development sectors:
- Future areas to be urbanized envisaged
- Initial development guidelines for these sectors: roads, public spaces, green and blue network, forms of housing, etc.
At the end of the treatment of these two axes, the municipality will propose a time of exchanges, in order to hear the questions, remarks and proposals of the inhabitants, to fuel the reflection on the future of the city, which will be translated into the PLU project.
