HUDO DU RUEL in the Grand National Du Trot is to follow
New stage of your Grand National du Trot this Wednesday, it is the Bordeaux racecourse which will welcome the competitors, with IGREC DE CELLAND at the start, already winner of two stages and second in the current general classification. This time, however, he will have to go the distance, and I will prefer HUDO DU RUEL, capable of delivering a great performance in my opinion. Behind this duo, HAVE SEVEN will try to confirm the renewed form displayed recently, while GENDREEN is always capable of finishing quickly. Then will come some potential outsiders like FILOU DU CHARDET, HOLD UP DU DIGEON, FALCO DU DOUET, and FLOREAL, all subjects capable of taking part in the fight for places at the end of a course corresponding to their profiles.

The base :
7 – HUDO DU RUEL
Good entry at the first starting point for the resident of Antoine Lhérété, he marked time in the final phase recently at Vincennes, trying to keep up with the pace of the future winner, Héraldique, which he paid for at the end of the race. Before that, there were only good performances, whether in the Paris region or in the regions. Confirmed on the right hand, his last two performances with this rope ended in just as much success, he was very persuasive in mid-April in Amiens, winning in fine style. In his head, he can do something!

13 – IGREC DE CELLAND
Winner of the Cordemais and Laval stages, Igrec de Celland is one of the main players in this first part of this Grand National du Trot. Very convincing winner both times, the configuration will change this time, going to have to go the distance. Certainly, the course of the race had been ideal recently in Laval, but his change of speed had been extremely impactful, winning easily. The objective will be to progress in good conditions, his beautiful footwork being able to make the difference, this time again, by approaching the finish line in good conditions…

9 – HAVE SEVEN
A trotter who has always evolved at a good level, he has however not really been consistent in his results in recent months, although he has made some good attempts at the end of 2023. Overall disappointing on a few occasions this year, he has restored his image recently. on the Plateau de Gravelle, fighting very well at the start of the month in Vincennes, finishing third behind Hamilton du Ham and King Cole. Confirmation expected this Wednesday, the opportunity is interesting to achieve this, he who is well into the lead…

16 – GENDREEN
Richer at the start than the very well-known resident of Laurent-Claude Abrivard, he had superb seasons in 2022 and 2023. If, on several occasions, we could think that he had reached his limits in earnings, and that his tasks were going to become more complex, he still pushed his limits several times, and he showed last winter, but also this spring, that he was still completely competitive at a very good level. Fourth recently at Vincennes, a tenth from his record, he had a good final phase in a selective race. This should also be the case here, so he can do very well, he who is capable of great finishes.

L’Outsider TQQ :
8 – FILOU DE CHARDET
Returning to the first starting point with this son of Magnificent Rodney, this pupil of Philippe Daugeard has not been featured on the track too much in recent months. With three races under his belt this spring, he will now hit his good form, and could muddy the waters in a race like this. Certainly, he has been dominated in the final phase recently, but he had run promisingly the previous time, finishing pleasantly at Vichy. Objective, ambush course, he can finish and take his place at the finish at good odds.

12 – HOLD UP YOU DIGEON
Also positioned at the first starting point, this son of Bold Eagle is an experienced trotter, a trotter who is not always the most straightforward in getting into his legs, but who is capable of quickly being positioned in a good row at the start. race when the start goes correctly. Already seen in this tournament, good fourth in the Cordemais stage, he also ran well recently in Vincennes, showing that he was still in good physical condition. Although it seems to me that he is barred from the very first places, he is on the other hand quite capable of obtaining a good ranking.

10 – FALCO DU DOUET
Waiting, this student of Gaël Nion no longer really has any margin in this category, but he too remains capable of performing well with an adequate course of racing, namely, after having waited in ambush, without superfluous efforts. Not doing well on the Arras track recently, he had on the other hand held his game well previously at Vincennes, concluding at the height of Hold Up du Digeon. Seventh in the Cordemais stage, those looking for a potential fourth – fifth at good odds can go for him.

15 – FLOREAL
Winner of two consecutive races at Cagnes-sur-Mer last winter, he had also obtained a second place at Vincennes a few weeks earlier, a second place of quality, slotting himself between Grace du Digeon and Gendreen. Little seen after the winter, he returned in good form, his last race, in the Prix Pythia survey being far from bad, settling for seventh place, but performing well. Waiting race in perspective, we should nevertheless note that he did very well in Bordeaux, a track where he finished on the podium during his three appearances. Mistrust.
