Michel Drucker’s former nanny, Bernadette Martinel, died this Monday 1is July 2024. A few days after celebrating her 90th birthday, on June 7, 2024, the retiree passed away, around 12:15 a.m., at Vire Normandy hospital (Calvados). “She had been hospitalized this weekend, she had been in great difficulty since the day before her birthday”recalls Régis Picot, deputy mayor of Vire Normandie and close to the Martinel family. She suffered in particular from lung problems.

If the date of the funeral is not yet known, it should take place in the capital of the bocage, and the organization should be clarified during the week. “I called Michel Drucker this morning to tell him, he couldn’t be there for her 90th birthday, but he had made a video in the Vivement Dimanche studios, as if she were a guest”he says, moved.

Serving the Druckers for 7 years
