The Meuse departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS 55) is launching a online sale of emergency vehicles and professional equipment on the Agorastore website, according to L’Est Républicain.

With eleven vehicles and seventeen sets of various equipment, this initiative allows the SDIS to renew its equipment while offering professionals the opportunity to acquire equipment at attractive prices.

Vehicles for professionals

Open until Tuesday, November 19, this sale includes vehicles dating from 1995 to 2010still in working order and recently used by the SDIS. But be careful: only professionals in the automotive and emergency equipment sectors are authorized to bid on vehicles, a restriction intended to avoid compliance costs which could be imposed on individuals.

Varied equipment and affordable prices

In addition to vehicles, the sale includes equipment such as generators, which have improved in size and performance over the years. Already coveted, these items attract active bidding and demonstrate interest in this material formerly used in field interventions.
