A white march is organized this Saturday, November 23 in Vimy (Pas-de-) to pay tribute to Laëtitia and her two sons, Naël and Yanis, who tragically died in a road accident on the A26 a week earlier, reports BFMTV this Friday.

The procession, which will leave at 10:30 a.m. from the Mine stadium, is a joint initiative of the city, the Jean-Macé school where the boys were educated, the parents' association APE Vimy and the football club US Vimy.

Tribute and prize pool

“This moment of contemplation and solidarity will be an opportunity to pay them a final tribute, surrounded by their loved ones, their friends and the entire community,” declared the US Vimy on Facebook, also indicating BFMTV. Participants are invited to bring a white flower or a candle, symbols of peace and light.

In addition, a fund was opened by US Vimy to help finance the funeral. She has already raised nearly 6,000 euros thanks to nearly 300 donors. A ballot box will also be available in the town hall hall. Some Vimy businesses will close their doors the morning of the march to allow their employees and customers to participate.
