The affair has shaken French music for several days. According to information collected by The
Parisian, a technician who worked on Slimane's tour would have filed a complaint against the singer for
sexual harassment. The facts would have taken place
on the night of December 17 to 18, 2023at the Zénith de Saint-Etienne.
Our colleagues revealed a few days later that a second technician claimed to have been a victim of the artist during a party that same evening. The ex-star of The Voice allegedly grabbed him by the waist then placed “his erect penis between his buttocks“ before he grabs it “the hand to stop it”. The attack was allegedly filmed, but the singer ordered “delete all videos of what happened”.
Slimane: two new testimonies against the singer
This Friday, November 22, Mediapart relayed the speech of two other young men who claim to have “received sexual photos on the part of the artist, in 2019 and 2021, without ever having consented to these sendings”. If they did not take legal action for these facts, the journalists specify, the two anonymous people nevertheless point out “the similarities with the complaints against the artist”.
The firstaged 31, claims to have received from the former representative of France at Eurovision “several messages of a sexual nature without having asked for anything” at the end of an evening in June 2019 in a Parisian bar, Orphée, in the Pigalle district. “He said to me:
'Come back', 'What are you doing'. Then he started sending me pictures of himself and his penis, and insulting me because I wasn't sending anything in return.”reports the thirty-year-old.
This one, which presents itself as “100% heterosexual” would then have answered him “to stop, telling him he was going to regret it.” “The day after, [il] called me to say: 'You realize, these are the messages he sent me, with a photo of his penis.' We've talked about it a lot in our group of friends since, it's something we've never seen before.”supports a friend of this new alleged victim.
Slimane: this “flirt of seduction” that went wrong
In his testimony, a fourth man recounts having met the interpreter of My love “during a private party organized by a mutual friend, on March 2021 in Nanterre”. The ex-medical student, then impressed to see a singer whose music he appreciated, explains having first had and “little flirt of seduction” with the artist whom he says he then kissed.
“He asked me to go home with him, but I didn’t want to sleep with him”assures the one who was 25 years old at the time. Slimane would later have sent him “lots of messages”. “He sent me proposals at 3 a.m., told me 'I'm excited' and he sent me a video of himself masturbating. I stopped responding”remembers the twenty-year-old. The entourage of his alleged attacker did not wish to react to these new accusations.
