From La Villette to Bobigny, the Ourcq canal has become over the years a real place of life and invites you to celebrate the district that surrounds it on June 15, 2024, through 30 cultural places, over four kilometers!
The banks of the Seine are very nice, but we know them by heart! To change a little and discover different platforms, head toIs Parisianon the side of Ourcq canal, to survey a lively neighborhood, which extends from the Villette basin to Bobigny, in Seine-Saint-Denis. On almost 4 kilometersalong this canal at eye level, we find numerous places of life and culturethat the collective “L’Ourcq, cultural and creative Greater Paris“I intend to celebrate this June 15, 2024during a neighborhood party exceptional!
For almost 20 years, this former industrial zone has been transformed, becoming more accessible thanks to public transport and hiding real haunts for lovers of outings of all kinds! From the Grande Halle de la Villette to the General Stores, via the Fiminco Foundation in Romainville and the National Dance Center in Pantin, this celebration is an opportunity to discover your next HQs.
In the program : free walks, workshops, introductions to street art, exhibitions, guided tours, concerts, shows, open air, there is something for everyone, whether you are on foot, by bike or prefer to take the boat during themed cruises! Ten kilometers of round-trip shores to cover without getting tired, for a day and above all all year round!
