Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Sunday September 29, 2024:
– Fairly hot weather over the northern and central interior plains, the South-East and the South of the Saharan provinces.
– Scattered floods and thunderstorms on the Eastern Highlands, the Middle Atlas, the North of the High Atlas and on the South-Eastern slopes.
– Temporarily cloudy skies in the far south of the country.
– Drizzle or drops of rain on the Mediterranean shore and the North of the Rif.
– Misty formations in the morning and at night on the Central Atlantic plains and the North of the Oriental.
– Fairly strong to strong wind gusts over the Tangier region.
– Minimum temperatures of around 22/29°C in the extreme south of the country, 11/17°C in the Atlas and the Rif and 16/22°C in the rest of the territory.
– Maximum temperatures rising significantly in the Northern and Central regions.
– Rough seas between El Jorf and Tarfaya, and slightly rough to rough in the Mediterranean, on the Strait and elsewhere.
