Saturday at the Garorock campsite: football tournaments, rugby tournaments, and surprises

After a wild evening, it’s already time for the third day for the Garorock campers in Marmande, in Lot-et-Garonne. For three days now, many artists have been performing on the stages of the Marmande festival to the great delight of all festival-goers.

Arriving en masse on June 26, 24 hours before the launch of the 27th edition, the campers took their places on the Filhole plain. In addition to the various concerts, several activities are offered to them this Saturday, June 29, 2024.

Sports tournaments, jobs, the Garorock campsite comes alive

For the early risers, or the less party-goers, a muscular awakening, in the form of a Zumba session, will be offered from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., on the rugby field and supervised by Decathlon Marmande collaborator, Maria Fernandes. Another sports awakening is on the program at 10 a.m. with BodyBalance, BodyCombat and Les Mills Dance.

Sport will definitely be in the spotlight at Garorock with the kick-offs of GaroFoot (10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) and GaroRugby (10:15 a.m.-4 p.m.). Many prizes will be up for grabs (2024 pass, merchandising, etc.).

Something completely different, the employment village will be there again this Saturday. From 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., in a marquee in the heart of the campsite, several job offers are available. An opportunity to kill two birds with one stone for campers. More unusual, The Garden of Challengesnext to the Lillet stand, where ball pong, molkky and a giant volleyball tournament await you.

DJ Koyla and Joysad will make the campers dance

Music sidemeet at the famous Forest Stage at the Garorock campsite in Marmande. Concocted by Urban Trax, the program for this Saturday, June 29, 2024 promises to be enticing. DJ Koyla will kick off the day (12:10 p.m.-1:25 p.m.), then Molécule Live will take over (1:40 p.m.-2:40 p.m.).

Joysad (3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.) and the show MARABOUTAGE presents INDIGO (4:15 p.m.-5:30 p.m.) will also provide the show, before DJ Urban Trax closes it. Enough to raise the temperature before the start of the evening in the absence of good weather.
