The singer opened his wardrobe and listed its contents on the auction site as part of a massive fundraiser for his charity, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, dubbed “Rocket Man Resale.” Items up for sale include a Saint Laurent leopard-print knee-length coat, Gucci loafers emblazoned with “Suck Me” and a blue Versace tracksuit.
He said in a statement: “Bringing new life to cherished pieces of my wardrobe has always been special to me. For decades, I have donated my wardrobe treasures to support the Elton John AIDS Foundation. This Pride month, I am excited to share my treasure trove on eBay, hoping these items will inspire you to express your unique spirit and bring you as much joy as they have brought me.
