Arnaud Dubois and two other French rugby figures are accused of fraud amounting to “hundreds of thousands of euros”.

The information was revealed by the regional daily The Popular of the Center . Arnaud Dubois, former member of the FFR legal department and LNR commissions, who became chairman of the board of directors of Olympique (Pro D2) during the last change of management, will be tried for fraud and criminal association. The man who was also the administrative and financial director of USA and AS Béziers was associated with Cédric Bistué, current majority shareholder of Béziers (Pro D2) since 2011, and Hervé Grégoire-Mazzocco, former player of Clermont (1995-1999) and Gloucester in England (2000-2001), for acts committed in Limoges, and Fort-de- in between 2018 and 2019.

The three men are alleged to have produced false documents, including fake invoices, used in a numerical scam “hundreds of thousands of euros, even millions of dollars,” according to our colleagues. They will be tried on Friday, May 23, 2025 and face a prison sentence of at least 5 years for the offense of criminal association.
