(Alliance News) – Acuity RM Group PLC said on Monday that its subsidiary, Acuity Risk Management Ltd, has signed a professional services agreement with Sopra Steria Group SA.
Acuity RM is a London-based risk management company providing services through its Stream software platform. Sopra Steria is a consulting, digital services and software development company based in Paris.
The services agreement extends a two-year working relationship between Acuity Risk and Sopra Steria, formalizing the partnership with an official agreement.
Additionally, Acuity Risk has also won a new contract for consulting services in collaboration with Sopra. As part of this contract, there are further opportunities to sell Stream products to the UK Government, which is the end customer.

Shares in Acuity RM were down 1.5% at 3.94 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
