So it’s official: Love is in the meadow will celebrate its twentieth anniversary on M6. The opportunity for Karine Le Marchand to make a beautiful statement to the channel that accompanies her, as well as to the viewers.

An attic full of spiders to start the season
In her publication, she reveals behind the scenes of this first shoot. In a rather… austere setting. Karine Le Marchand published some photos of this new participant’s house. Period kitchen, boar’s head on the wall and above all lots and lots of cobwebs.
A video shows a very cluttered attic which does not seem to have been visited for many years. Mimicking ghost sound effects, Karine Le Marchand even ironically says “having seen a black lady”. The farmer who owns this house will therefore have a lot to do to attract suitors to his home.
The announcement of this season 20 was not, however, a big surprise since calls for witnesses were frequently launched on M6 to find new farmers. Despite the large number of seasons, the show’s success continues. Every year, Love is in the meadow attracts an average of 4 million viewers. Which places the channel frequently at the top of the audiences on Monday evenings.
