Hodeva launches its generative artificial intelligence

The wholesale broker Hodeva launches its own generative artificial intelligence and chooses to focus its use around the common knowledge base. “ We market highly technical insurance solutions. This leads to many often recurring questions from our broker partners who do not necessarily have the time to research the technical specificities in the general conditions of each solution. » declares Laurent Fermelico-founder in charge of this project. “ We designed our Private Generative AI so that it can benefit from all the legal and technical knowledge of the solutions that we market and answer the questions that will be asked. ».

Train the AI

This tool called Hodette is made available to partner brokers. It allows brokers to ask their questions about all the solutions offered by Beef.

« Given the specificities and technical subtleties of solutions such as occupational pension provision, considerable work was required to train Hodette, not only to assimilate our general conditions, but also understand and reproduce information linked to the legal-fiscal and social environment of our solution », added Laurent Fermeli.

Data stored in Europe

Hodette was developed in partnership with the Lyon startup: EnnoAi. Beef is the sole owner of the brain » of AI specially developed for the occasion. AI knowledge is enriched over time and the information exchanged is completely confidential with no possibility of being used by external actors. In addition, all data is stored in Europe on eco-responsible and sovereign servers. “ Having control over our private AI, controlling the confidentiality of information, as well as ensuring hosting and storage in France was a determining factor in our choice », tells us Laurent Fermeli.
