On June 19, Virginie Ledoyen landed on France 2 in a new mini-series called Against you and the last two episodes of which are broadcast this Tuesday, June 25. Virginie Ledoyen don’t be idle. On June 19, viewers were able to see her on France 2 in a new mini-series called Against you in which she responds, among others, to Lannick Gautry. In a magazine interview 7 Days TV, she said more about this fiction. “It’s a romantic thriller, both chilling and searing, featuring a bodyguard, Mathias Fortin (Lannick Gautry) who falls in love with his client, my character, Esther Cavalieri. She hired him after escaping a mysterious murder attempt…” she first confided. She then described the character she plays on screen: “A mother, history and geography teacher in a high school. A trouble-free, modern woman who lives in her pretty house with her husband, Fred (Charlie Dupont), a wealthy business leader. We will gradually realize that Esther holds many secrets, which she jealously guards.“, she added.

This interview was also an opportunity for Virginie Ledoyen to talk about her collaboration with Lannick Gautry, seen in particular in The lake killer (2017) alongside Julie de Bona. “I never had the opportunity to work with him, but we had already crossed paths. We started filming with the hot scenes. They are never easy to play. With him, things happened in a smooth, simple and obvious way” she confided. Scenes that the two actors wanted to play without the help of a intimacy coordinatoras the 47-year-old actress explained to Hello Cinema. “We were of course asked if we wanted an intimacy coordinator. This was not the case because for us, our intimacy coordinator was already Christophe Lamotte, the director“.
