The 7th edition of the Overseas Vietnamese Golf Tournament will take place from January 9 to 11 at the Dragon Golf Links and Vinpearl courses in Hai Phong, attracting nearly 100 participants from 16 countries and territories.

This information was given on January 6 in Hanoi by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Nguyên Manh Dông, deputy head of the said Committee and head of the Organizing Committee, launched since 2015, this tournament has created a playing space to bring together all overseas Vietnamese who are passionate about golf.
“It is not only a sporting activity, but also helps to connect the overseas Vietnamese community across the world, thereby strengthening the spirit of solidarity of the overseas Vietnamese community,” he declared.
He said that this event inaugurates the activities planned for 2025 of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, including the “Spring in the Homeland” program, from January 18 to 21 in Hanoi.
