Olympique de Marseille is pleased to announce the signing of Luiz Felipe Ramos. An Italian international aged 27, the defender signed up with the Olympian club after the success of his medical examination.
Trained at Ituano FC in his native Brazil, Luiz Felipe Ramos began his professional career in 2015 under the colors of his training club. Eight matches were enough to attract the attention of many European recruiters: he signed for SS Lazio in the summer of 2016 before being directly loaned to US Salernitana in order to strengthen himself and accumulate playing time in Serie B. He also scored his first goal during his first match with the garnet club and returned for the 2017/2018 season to the Italian capital. A solid and versatile defender, Luiz Felipe Ramos quickly establishes himself in the defense Laziounder the leadership of Italian tactician Simone Inzaghi.
