The town of Viry-Chatillon has planned a crazy fireworks display for National Day 2024. Please note, these will be fired on July 13. Activities for children and concerts are also expected!
The National Day is officially celebrated in France on July 14. This day marks one of the highlights of the summer and for good reason: many festive and traditional events emerge in all four corners of the country! To the delight of young and old, we enjoy the festivities, we shake our hips at the popular balls and firemen’s balls and at nightfall many fireworks crisscross the sky.
Among the unmissable celebrations on this public holiday, we obviously find the impressive military parade on the Avenue des Champs Elysées as well as the emblematic fireworks display fired from the Eiffel Tower. If the capital knows how to attract attention on this holiday, its region is not to be outdone: everywhere in Ile-de-Francemunicipalities take turns revealing their programming generally distributed among July 13 and 14, 2024.

On the program, this July 13, 2024:
Meet at 7 p.m. in front of the Sports Hall for animations dedicated to children:
- inflatable structures,
- trampolines,
- outdoor games
From 7:30 pm, the Cheyenne group will punctuate the evening to make young and old dance to the hits of recent decades: rock, pop, funk or variety… there will be something for everyone! Finally at 11 p.m., the traditional fireworks will close the evening.
