If you like graded cards and you pass through Las Vegas, you may come across this rather unusual distributor who sells neither cans nor sandwiches, but PSA10 cards from the Pokémon trading card game.
Between the slot machines at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, there is indeed a big red machine stamped “PSA”. For fans of the franchise to whom this name means nothing, it is an American card grading company, also very popular internationally. The company deals with Pokémon cards as well as the entire market for basketball and baseball collectible cards and even all autographed sports products.
For $50, you can randomly purchase a PSA 10 graded card. Some passing collectors tried their luck and as is generally the case with random distributors, the result was not there, even if the cards obtained are very pretty, they are very rarely worth the $50 invested!
Above all, this machine allows PSA to get rid of its stocks…
